You can stay on the couch and watch the NASCAR 2009 TV live broadcast on FOX, SpeedTV, ESPN, and ABC. Take note, Nascar results will decide 2009 Sprint Cup Champion. NASCAR 2009 free online streaming is offered at some websites. I’ve already seen at least four channels. MSNFox is also posting free videos that you can watch online
